Fluxe Bar operates as a provider of modular bar rental solutions for events across Europe.

2. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to:

  • Use of the Fluxe Bar website
  • Quote requests and proposals
  • Event bookings and service agreements

By requesting a quote, confirming a booking or using the website, the client accepts these Terms without reservation.

These Terms apply alongside Fluxe Bar’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

3. Services

Fluxe Bar provides:

  • Modular bar rental
  • Transport and logistics
  • Installation and dismantling
  • Custom branding or finishes where agreed

Fluxe Bar does not provide bar staff, bartenders or beverage services.

All services are rental only. No sale of bars or components is offered.

4. Quotations and Bookings

All quotations are non-binding until confirmed. A booking is confirmed only after:

  • Acceptance of the written quote, and
  • Issuance of an invoice

Online payments are not currently offered. Fluxe Bar reserves the right to refuse any booking request.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are stated in the quotation and invoice.
  • No deposit is required unless stated otherwise in writing.
  • Payment terms and deadlines are specified on the invoice.
  • Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer or other agreed methods.
  • Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of the booking without compensation.

6. Cancellation and Changes

Cancellation by the Client

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
  • The cancellation timeframe is 14 days before the event date.
  • Refund conditions will be assessed based on project status, preparation and logistics already incurred.

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is allowed subject to availability.
  • New dates may result in adjusted pricing.

Force Majeure

Fluxe Bar is not liable for non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes
  • Supplier or transport failures

In such cases, parties will seek a reasonable solution without liability.

7. Delivery, Setup and Event Conditions

The client or event planner is responsible for:

  • Access permits and venue approvals
  • Power supply
  • Floor protection
  • Weather protection for outdoor events

Once installed, responsibility for the bar transfers to the client for the duration of the event.

Bars may not be moved, adjusted or dismantled by the client without prior written permission from Fluxe Bar.

8. Damage, Misuse and Insurance

  • The client is liable for any damage or misuse of the equipment.
  • The client is not liable for theft.
  • No damage deposit is required.
  • Fluxe Bar maintains its own insurance.
  • The client must hold valid event insurance covering rented equipment and public liability.
  • Any damage must be reported immediately.

9. Liability

  • Fluxe Bar’s liability is limited to the total invoice amount.
  • Fluxe Bar is not liable for indirect losses, including loss of revenue or event disruption.
  • Fluxe Bar is not responsible for third-party vendors, venue restrictions or operational decisions made by others.

10. Branding, Media and Usage Rights

Fluxe Bar may:

  • Take photos and videos during events
  • Use this content for marketing and promotional purposes

Clients may apply branding to the bar as agreed. No restrictions apply unless stated in writing.

11. Website Use

Website content is provided for informational purposes. Fluxe Bar does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content.

Unauthorized use of website materials is prohibited.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or related agreements falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cannes, France.
